Sales Representative – North-East Germany

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive growth for the Commercial Branding and Transportation Division in North‑East Germany. You will work remotely while travelling across the region to build relationships with converters and position 3M as the preferred partner for graphic films.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales division strategy for the converters market in North‑East Germany.
• Increase market share by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts.
• Strengthen customer loyalty through program expansion and regular engagement.
• Collaborate with technical support, marketing, distribution sales and key‑account teams to win and manage projects.
• Represent 3M at fairs, customer events and industry meetings.
• Share market trends and best practices within the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven B2B sales experience selling technical products.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and self‑starter attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 80 % of the time (more than three days per week).
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to plan, manage and document sales activities.
