Sales Representative – On‑Site Opportunities Across Germany

About the role

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our client’s teams across multiple locations in Germany. In this on‑site position you will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, presenting products and services, and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Present, promote and sell products or services to new and existing customers.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Highly motivated and target‑driven.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and respond to feedback effectively.
