Sales Stylist – Customer Experience & Fashion

About the role

As a Sales Stylist at Levi's®, you will be the face of the brand in our Münster store, helping customers discover the perfect fit and style. You will combine product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm to create memorable shopping experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build authentic, one‑to‑one relationships with shoppers and deliver personalized service.
• Share product information and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including cash handling, fitting‑room management, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presents a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• A passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
