Sales Stylist (m/w/d) – Part‑time (30 h)

About the role

Levi’s® stores rely on Sales Stylists to bring the brand’s story to life. In this part‑time position (30 hours per week) you will help customers discover their perfect fit, share styling advice and ensure a welcoming shopping environment in the Karlsruhe store.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine, one‑to‑one connections with customers and deliver personalized service.
• Provide product knowledge and styling recommendations that inspire confidence.
• Operate tills, manage fitting rooms and handle stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the store inviting.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a desire for continuous learning.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service that reflects Levi’s® values.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
