Sales Stylist / Sales Associate – Part‑time (20 hrs)

About the role
Join LS&Co., the iconic global leader in denim, as a Sales Stylist in our Stuttgart store. In this part‑time role you will help customers discover their personal style, provide expert product advice, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Create genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional service.
- Share product knowledge and styling tips that inspire confidence.
- Support daily store operations, including cash register duties, fitting‑room assistance, and stock management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment friendly.
Required profile
- Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
