About the role

Join Levi's iconic retail team as a Sales Stylist, helping customers discover their perfect fit and express their personal style. This part‑time position (30 hours per week) is based in Bavaria and offers a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with shoppers and deliver personalized 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• A passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
