SAP Key User – Production & Logistics

About the role

Our client, a renowned German footwear brand, is seeking an experienced SAP Key User to support and improve production and logistics processes. You will act as the bridge between business units and the SAP system, ensuring data integrity and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve production and logistics processes in close interaction with SAP.
• Develop, test, and implement change requests.
• Design and implement new processes and maintain master data for production sites.
• Correct system irregularities (e.g., COGI, warehouse control system).
• Support and develop SAP functionalities in WM, PP, PM or MM modules.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving quality control, logistics, purchasing, controlling, and production.
• Provide user training for newly implemented solutions.
• Conduct SAP process and solution testing and deliver first‑level support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of SAP experience in WM, PP, PM or MM.
• Several years of professional experience in logistics or production.
• Project coordination or management experience.
• Strong understanding of production master data (advantageous).
• Analytical, structured thinking and quick learning ability.
• Fluent English; German or Polish is a plus.
