SAP MDG Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Manager to lead the delivery of SAP Master Data Governance programmes for enterprise clients in Germany. The role combines client leadership, solution design, team management and business development within large‑scale SAP transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive SAP MDG strategy, solution architecture and programme delivery.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on data governance and SAP transformation.
• Lead project teams, mentor consultants and ensure successful execution of multiple workstreams.
• Drive pre‑sales activities, prepare proposals and deliver solution presentations.
• Support practice growth through capability development and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Extensive SAP MDG consulting experience with a proven track record of leading complex implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform and enterprise data governance.
• Experience managing teams, client stakeholders and multiple project workstreams.
• Commercial awareness and business development experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• SAP MDG certification is a plus.
