Scaffolding Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

As a Scaffolding Site Supervisor you will take technical responsibility for our scaffolding projects at the Stadtlohn location. You act as the primary on‑site contact for clients and ensure that all work is carried out professionally and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and monitor all scaffolding processes, including scheduling and coordination of internal staff and subcontractors.
• Set up construction sites, plan the use of materials and equipment, and document site‑specific operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on the construction site.
• Conduct training sessions for skilled trades personnel in line with company guidelines.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience in scaffolding.
• Preferably a certified scaffolding foreman or master scaffolder.
• Independent, reliable and able to lead skilled trades personnel.
• Class B driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Scaffolding expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
