Scaffolding Site Supervisor (m/f/d) – Alfter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Site Supervisor to lead our projects at the Alfter location. You will be the technical authority on site, ensuring safe and efficient execution while serving as the primary contact for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take technical responsibility for all scaffolding projects.
• Act as the on‑site point of contact for clients.
• Plan, manage and monitor project processes, schedules and coordination of internal staff and subcontractors.
• Set up construction sites, plan material and equipment usage, and document site‑specific operations.
• Conduct training sessions for the skilled workforce in line with company guidelines.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience in scaffolding.
• Preferably a certified scaffolding foreman or master scaffolder.
• Independent, conscientious and reliable work style.
• Team player with the ability to lead skilled trades personnel.
• Class B driver’s licence.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
