School Nurse (part‑time)

About the role

Munich International School seeks a dedicated part‑time School Nurse to support the health and wellbeing of its diverse student body and staff. Working 11.5 hours per week, you will be an essential member of the school community, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for learners aged 4 to 18.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care for students and staff.
• Administer medications and monitor ongoing health conditions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential health records.
• Communicate health information effectively with parents, guardians, and school personnel.
• Promote a healthy, safe school environment through preventive measures and health education.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or comparable medical training (pediatric focus preferred).
• Minimum two years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong intercultural competence and ability to work with an international community.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Flexibility to cover short‑notice absences.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and German.
