SEA Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEA expert who enjoys both optimizing campaigns and leading people. The role sits within a fast‑growing performance‑marketing business that operates high‑converting comparison platforms and affiliate funnels across multiple verticals. The position is fully remote within Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a small team of SEA Managers, fostering their professional development.
• Manage a selection of paid‑search accounts personally to stay sharp on day‑to‑day execution.
• Act as the company’s SEA subject‑matter expert, influencing strategy across the organisation.
• Own the SEA technology stack, driving adoption of new tools, automation and platform features.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Google, Microsoft and other key SEA partners.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team, with concrete examples of developing talent.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, bidding strategies, conversion tracking and modern SEA tooling.
