SEA Team Lead – Lead Search Engine Advertising Team

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, people‑focused SEA Team Lead to drive excellence across our Search Engine Advertising function. You will lead a small, high‑performing team of SEA Managers, develop best‑practice frameworks, and ensure innovative, efficient execution of SEA activities throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of SEA Managers, focusing on feedback, professional growth and high standards.
• Manage a select number of SEA accounts while providing technical guidance to the wider team.
• Prioritise, delegate and empower team members, establishing clear ownership and accountability.
• Develop and share best‑practice frameworks, acting as the SEA subject‑matter expert.
• Own the SEA technology stack, driving adoption of new tools, platform features and automation.
• Serve as primary contact with Google, Microsoft and other SEA partners.
• Support performance investigations and root‑cause analysis with SEA expertise.
• Collaborate closely with Vertical Managers to align SEA practices with business objectives.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in digital performance marketing, scaling SEA campaigns with a focus on ROI.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring or developing team members, emphasizing accountability and growth.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, turning data into actionable insights.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills and a constructive, feedback‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, curious and continuously seeking improvements in tools, standards and performance.
