SEA Team Lead – Performance Marketing (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEA expert who enjoys both optimizing campaigns and leading people. As SEA Team Lead you will own execution excellence across our Search Engine Advertising function and guide a small, high‑performing team of SEA Managers within a fast‑growing performance‑marketing business.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and lead a team of SEA Managers, fostering their development.
• Manage a selection of key accounts yourself to stay sharp and close to day‑to‑day work.
• Act as the SEA subject‑matter expert across the organisation.
• Own the SEA technology stack, driving adoption of new tools, automation and platform features.
• Serve as primary contact with Google, Microsoft and other SEA partners.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring teams, with concrete examples of helping team members grow.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, bidding strategies, conversion tracking and modern SEA tooling.
