SEA Team Lead – Remote (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on SEA Team Lead to drive execution excellence across our performance‑marketing business. You will lead a small, high‑performing team of SEA Managers while staying actively involved in campaign optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and manage a team of SEA Managers, fostering their professional growth.
• Maintain ownership of several high‑value accounts, ensuring sharp, data‑driven optimisation.
• Act as the organisation’s SEA subject‑matter expert, advising stakeholders on strategy and best practices.
• Own the SEA technology stack, championing new tools, automation and platform features.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Google, Microsoft and other key SEA partners.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, with concrete examples of talent development.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, bidding strategies, conversion tracking and modern SEA tooling.
