Senior Account Manager – Advertising Sales

About the role

Netflix is expanding its ad‑supported plan across Europe and needs a senior professional to lead end‑to‑end campaign execution for key agency and client accounts. Based in Berlin, the Senior Account Manager will act as the strategic partner for Netflix sales teams, ensuring flawless delivery and exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage top and strategic accounts in partnership with the Sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Lead pre‑sale activities including RFP responses, media plan generation and pricing proposals.
• Own the full campaign workflow from kickoff, asset collection, execution, to performance monitoring.
• Host weekly pipeline and pacing meetings with Sales Partners to align on launches and performance.
• Develop and maintain training materials, templates and onboarding programs for the Account Management organization.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for Account Managers and collaborate with Sales Enablement on product and process improvements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Creative, Campaign Management, Ad Operations) to produce custom assets and ensure flawless order execution.
• Share best practices and learnings with Account Managers in other regions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior account management or media sales within the advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution and performance measurement.
• Ability to act as a subject‑matter expert and escalation point for a team of Account Managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with agencies and brand clients.
• Experience collaborating with sales, creative and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
