Senior Account Manager – DACH Region

About the role

We are partnering with an innovative MedTech company to find a Senior Account Manager who will drive strategic account development and revenue growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role is ideal for seasoned medical device sales professionals who excel in complex hospital environments and enjoy building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic hospital accounts throughout the DACH region.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
• Build relationships with physicians, department heads, procurement teams, and healthcare leadership.
• Establish key opinion leader networks and reference centres.
• Support health‑economic and value‑based discussions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Product, and Executive teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record selling into hospital environments.
• Experience in critical care, cardiovascular, renal, monitoring, acute care, or related technologies.
• Strong consultative and value‑based selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed commercial targets.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the DACH region.
