Senior Account Manager – Textile Solutions

About the role

3M is looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to champion Thinsulate™ and Scotchgard™ solutions within the apparel sector. You will build and nurture relationships with key apparel brands, coordinate with the APAC supply chain team, and support co‑branding marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce and promote 3M Thinsulate™ and Scotchgard™ technologies to apparel manufacturers and brands.
• Collaborate with the APAC team to ensure smooth supply‑chain operations and timely deliveries.
• Define partnership strategies and drive joint‑marketing events that leverage 3M’s brand equity.
• Support the Marketing team in planning and executing co‑branding campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in the textile and apparel market with a proven sales and account‑management record.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑driven, able to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical information for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20% travel).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
