Senior Accountant – Finance Operations (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join Antech’s Finance team in Viernheim, Germany. The role will manage the finance operations for Switzerland, covering general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed assets under both statutory and US GAAP requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial transactions, post incoming and outgoing payments and perform bank reconciliations.
• Execute month‑end closing entries and document them according to internal control guidelines.
• Process supplier invoices and ensure correct data capture.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and group reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) in compliance with local accounting standards and US GAAP.
• Produce periodic reports using OneStream.
• Manage balance‑sheet accounts, receivables, payables, fixed‑asset and lease accounting.
• Collaborate with external and internal auditors.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects such as system migrations and new process implementations.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in accounting and finance.
• Proven experience preparing financial statements under local standards and US GAAP.
• Native‑level German and professional English proficiency.

• OneStream reporting platform.
