Senior Amazon Brand Manager (Remote)

About the role

GNO Partners is a remote Amazon consulting agency that helps FBA sellers scale profitably. As a Senior Amazon Brand Manager you will design and teach brand‑growth strategies, analyse client brands and guide execution using the company’s proven system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly consulting calls with clients to define strategy and review performance.
• Provide actionable advice as if the brand were your own, addressing launch, ranking and profitability challenges.
• Resolve Amazon‑specific issues and steer clients through key projects.
• Track progress, deliver clear next steps and maintain daily support via Slack and email.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and internal team meetings.

Required profile

• Full‑time remote availability.
• Minimum 3 years Amazon FBA experience managing private‑label brands generating at least $10 M in annual revenue.
• Hands‑on experience managing Amazon PPC budgets of $50 K per month or more.
• Proficient navigation of Seller Central and fluent English communication.
• Ambitious, results‑driven work ethic.

Required skills

• Organic ranking mastery – product launches, ranking strategies and algorithm insights.
• Amazon PPC strategy and execution.
• Brand management for high‑revenue private‑label portfolios.
• Logistics and backend optimisation – COGS, fees, inventory and P&L.

What we offer

• Base guaranteed salary of $120 K, with uncapped earnings up to $350 K+ per year based on performance and revenue share.
