Senior Analytics Engineer – Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to own the growth analytics function at 1komma5grad. You will sit at the intersection of data engineering, marketing intelligence, and business strategy, building the systems and insights that power our sales and marketing engine across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core marketing data models, ensuring rapid, data‑driven answers to business questions.
• Define and drive the vision for the marketing data stack, overseeing its development and stability.
• Own the stability of marketing data pipelines, respond to incidents, and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain deep expertise across the marketing tech stack, including ad platforms, Airbyte ingestion, Zoho CRM, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics.
• Partner with marketers to automate and improve processes using data insights.
• Collaborate across data analysts, engineers, software engineers, and marketing teams, sharing best practices and integrating learnings.
• Mentor junior analysts and engineers, documenting work to reduce knowledge silos.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in data engineering or analytics, preferably in a growth or marketing context.
• Proven ability to work hands‑on, own end‑to‑end data solutions, and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights quickly.
