Senior Asset Manager – Real Estate (Munich)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Asset Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial real‑estate assets in Germany. You will drive value‑add initiatives, ensure sustainable performance, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Active asset management of a commercial real‑estate portfolio in Germany.
• Develop and implement business plans to optimise asset performance and returns.
• Manage tenant relationships, lease negotiations and contract renewals.
• Oversee refurbishment and repositioning projects in collaboration with technical and project‑management teams.
• Financial monitoring, budgeting and reporting to internal management and investors.
• Monitor the market to identify growth, disposal opportunities and support acquisitions and due‑diligence processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in asset management, preferably within commercial or industrial real estate.
• Proven expertise in executing value‑add strategies and managing complex projects.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with solid understanding of cash‑flow management and reporting.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in English and German.
