Senior Associate, Programmes

About the role

As an Associate Programme at SE3 you will bring the company’s autonomous systems and Spatial AI capabilities to European defence customers and industry partners. You will own the end‑to‑end commercial process, from opportunity identification through bid development to contract award, while building key relationships across the Bundeswehr and prime contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Drive programmes across Europe, managing opportunity identification, capture, commercial bid development and award.
• Build and maintain relationships with the Bundeswehr, prime contractors and other strategic partners.
• Lead the writing of technical and commercial proposals, coordinating inputs from engineering, legal and finance teams.
• Own commercial discipline – pipeline accuracy, award probability, reporting to leadership on risk and progress.
• Develop costing, pricing and competitive positioning for each bid.

Required profile

• Degree in business, engineering, political science, international relations or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Professional experience in defence procurement, public‑sector strategy consulting or business development.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and other strategic markets.
• Native‑level German and full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Eligibility to obtain the security clearance required for defence work.
