Senior Backend Developer (f/m/d)

About the role

As a Senior Backend Developer you will help scale our market platform, support business growth and advance our product portfolio. You will work in an agile, cross‑functional team and collaborate closely with product, operations and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance software solutions to drive business growth.
• Lead green‑field finance projects and ensure stable operation of existing services.
• Maintain and monitor production systems to guarantee reliability.
• Collaborate with the IT team and other departments using agile methods.

Required profile

• Several years of professional software development experience.
• Passion for emerging web technologies and strong testing habits (JUnit, Mockito, Cypress).
• Solid understanding of software paradigms and design principles (OOP/FP, MVC, DI, messaging).
• Experience working in regulated environments and with ERP systems, especially SAP FICO.
• Knowledge of financial markets, auctions and corporate finance is a plus.
