Senior Business Controller – International Business (flexible location)

About the role

The Senior Business Controller is the primary financial partner to the EVP International Sales and the global leadership team. Based in a flexible location, the role translates strategic growth ambitions into robust financial plans, provides transparent performance insights, and ensures commercial decisions are financially sound.

Key responsibilities

• Act as strategic finance advisor to international leadership, shaping investment, market entry, pricing and M&A decisions through rigorous analysis and modelling.
• Lead budgeting, multi‑year planning and forecasting cycles, converting growth strategy into clear financial targets and capital allocation decisions.
• Establish reporting frameworks, monitor KPIs, analyse variances and deliver actionable insights on profitability and market dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, finance standards and audit requirements while collaborating with sales, operations and finance teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in controlling or finance within a multinational industrial environment.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of global finance standards and governance.
• Proven track record of translating strategic objectives into financial plans.
