Senior Commercial Account Manager (Bilingual)

About the role

As a Senior Commercial Account Manager you will own and grow a portfolio of commercial‑segment customers, driving renewals, expansion and measurable value. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to People, HR and functional leaders, translating their goals into outcomes using Culture Amp’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of up to 1,000‑employee customers, ensuring predictable renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, executive alignment sessions and success‑planning conversations to deepen sponsorship and drive adoption.
• Identify, prioritize and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, building a robust expansion pipeline.
• Monitor product adoption, health indicators and renewal risk signals, translating insights into clear growth plans.
• Partner with Renewals, Customer Success, People Science, Marketing and RevOps to deliver a connected customer journey.

Required profile

• Senior‑level sales professional with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
• Consultative, data‑driven approach with the ability to multi‑thread across stakeholder groups.
• Strong business‑case development and deal‑leading capabilities.
• Bilingual proficiency (English plus another language).
