Senior Communications Manager – Digital & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and digitally‑savvy Communications Manager to shape and execute the cross‑channel communication strategy of a leading design and branding agency. You will own the agency’s social media presence, strengthen its employer brand, and drive visibility in trade media and digital communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cross‑channel communication strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on LinkedIn, Instagram and newsletters.
• Plan, create, and publish social media content, manage the editorial calendar, and ensure brand‑consistent messaging.
• Design and organise webinars, interviews, and employer‑branding events.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, brief service providers, and manage digital tools such as HubSpot, Canva and BigMarker.
• Analyse KPIs, produce performance reports and recommend optimisation actions.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience in communications, corporate communications, PR or content management with increasing responsibility.
• Strong digital aptitude, interest in new technologies and AI‑powered communication tools.
• Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills.
• Structured, independent and proactive work style.
