Senior Consumer Insights Manager – DACH

About the role

Appinio is seeking a Senior Consumer Insights Manager for the DACH region to lead end‑to‑end market research projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to B2B clients, guiding them from methodology selection through to storytelling‑focused delivery of insights.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design, adapt, and analyse market research studies.
• Define study methodology, target groups, and sample sizes.
• Create bespoke questionnaires for use cases such as usage & attitude, tracking, concept testing, MaxDiff, and conjoint analysis.
• Set up fieldwork on the Appinio platform and manage project timelines.
• Interpret data, generate actionable recommendations, and produce in‑depth reports.
• Present findings with a strong emphasis on storytelling and clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on project scoping for new customers.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Research Consulting Team and Appinio’s product roadmap.
• Integrate AI capabilities across research steps in partnership with the Product team.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in full‑cycle market research and consulting for B2B clients.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods and statistical analysis.
• Proven ability to design studies, write questionnaires, and work across multiple research techniques.
• Experience creating client‑ready presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides) and delivering actionable insights.
