Senior Content & Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Content & Communications Manager to shape and elevate a global communication ecosystem for a partner company based in Germany. The role combines strategic thinking, creative execution and operational ownership across brand, product marketing, editorial content, website messaging and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve multi‑channel content and communication strategy across product marketing, brand communications, editorial content, website, social media, case studies, newsletters and presentations.
• Develop content roadmaps, set priorities, manage communication calendars and ensure execution aligns with business objectives.
• Create, edit and optimise high‑quality communication materials while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.
• Translate technical product information into clear, compelling narratives that support commercial growth.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, partnerships, design, SEO and external agencies to ensure alignment across all channels.
• Maintain website messaging quality, support landing‑page improvements and drive conversion‑focused communication.
• Oversee PR activities, coordinate social media communication and apply content optimisation principles.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies and innovative storytelling approaches, including AI‑assisted workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content management, communications or product marketing at a senior level.
• Strong industry knowledge and excellent writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently and work in a flexible remote environment.
• Proactive leadership with a focus on creativity, innovation and ownership.
