Senior Corporate FP&A Controller & Business Partner

About the role

AVIV Group is looking for a Senior Controller to lead corporate FP&A and business partnering across its European digital real‑estate platforms. The role sits at the intersection of finance, data engineering and strategic planning, providing high‑impact financial insight to global leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end monthly management reporting cycle, delivering accurate performance decks to senior executives, shareholders and the board.
• Design and embed automated quality‑control checks, validation rules and data‑reconciliation logic to guarantee 100 % data integrity.
• Collaborate with BI, data analytics and data‑engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines and migrate reporting from legacy spreadsheets to enterprise tools such as Workday and Tagetik.
• Partner with global management stakeholders, providing financial analysis, rolling forecasts and KPI engineering to support strategic decisions.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, eliminating manual bottlenecks and enhancing automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate finance, FP&A or controlling within a fast‑moving, international technology environment.
• Strong financial modelling capabilities combined with a data‑automation mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial information for C‑suite audiences.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with data, product and business teams.
