Senior Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join a fast‑moving product and creative team in Germany. You will shape user experience, brand identity, and marketing impact across digital products by leading the creation of high‑quality visual assets, design systems, and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of design projects for product and marketing initiatives.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns and creative marketing activities.
• Design innovative visual concepts that support strong storytelling.
• Build, maintain, and scale design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.
• Develop and update brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and creative standards.
• Produce high‑quality digital assets for social media, presentations, and other communication channels.
• Design vector icons and UI elements for product and marketing experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to align design with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout, and color theory.
• Proven experience creating digital assets for social media, presentations, infographics, and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Experience with AI‑based design tools is a plus.
• Background in product or marketing design environments is advantageous.
