Senior Creative Strategist

About the role

Quince is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the translation of its successful US creative output into the UK, German and French markets. You will shape performance‑driven campaigns that reflect local consumer behaviour while maintaining the brand’s high‑quality, sustainable ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse US creative performance and adapt concepts for UK, German and French audiences.
• Build and manage testing frameworks to iterate quickly on creative ideas.
• Collaborate with product, data and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are data‑informed and revenue‑focused.
• Develop scalable creative processes that can operate independently across European markets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep Quince’s messaging fresh and relevant.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative strategy within a performance‑marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of European consumer nuances, especially in the UK, Germany and France.
• Ability to make high‑judgment decisions in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
