Senior CSA Project Manager – Data Centre

About the role

We are seeking a Senior CSA Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major CSA package on a hyperscale data centre project. The role involves overseeing site teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders to ensure the project meets quality, safety and commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of the CSA package for a large‑scale data centre.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
• Drive programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.
• Handle change orders, variations and project risks.
• Chair progress and coordination meetings.
• Oversee QA, commissioning and hand‑over activities.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved and client expectations are exceeded.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience delivering major construction projects.
• Strong CSA background in data centres, industrial, pharmaceutical or mission‑critical environments.
• Proven track record managing subcontractors, programme schedules and project finances.
• Leadership ability to motivate teams and drive on‑site performance.
• Commercial awareness, strong organisational skills and delivery focus.
