Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our small, high‑impact data team at Cosuno in Berlin. You will turn open‑ended business questions into actionable insights, working closely with product, sales, customer success and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Identify drivers of account growth and define behaviours that predict long‑term retention and expansion.
• Map real customer usage of the platform, uncovering sticky workflows and adoption patterns.
• Formulate and answer novel questions that influence product or go‑to‑market decisions.
• Build the dbt models and Looker views required for analyses, enabling self‑service for the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of analytics experience in fast‑growing B2B SaaS startups or scale‑ups.
• Proven ability to frame ambiguous business problems and deliver clear recommendations.
• Hands‑on experience in both product analytics (usage, adoption, experimentation) and commercial analytics (retention, funnel, pricing).
• Track record of driving your own analytical agenda with minimal guidance.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
