Senior Designer – Creative Team

About the role

Highsnobiety is seeking a Senior Designer to join its Creative team in Berlin. You will work across client, agency, and brand projects, translating strategy into compelling visual concepts while mentoring junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects for client and agency work, supporting brand initiatives as needed.
• Transform creative briefs into strong visual systems, handling layout, typography, and visual language across all formats.
• Design and oversee execution for digital, print, motion, spatial, and experiential outputs.
• Contribute to client‑facing presentations and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with creative direction, strategy, production, and project management teams.
• Maintain high craft standards, consistency, and clarity across deliverables.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and informal mentorship to junior designers.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and creative quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced creative environment.
• Strong conceptual thinking paired with excellent execution.
• Confidence presenting and explaining design decisions.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with practical constraints.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• High proficiency with Figma.
• Motion design skills (a strong plus).
