Senior Designer – PowerPoint & Visual Storytelling

About the role

BrightHouse, a division of BCG, is looking for a Senior Designer to join its Berlin team. You will help clients translate purpose‑driven strategies into compelling visual narratives across presentations, brand assets and experiential touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and client‑ready deliverables that turn complex strategic content into clear visual stories, including story flows, frameworks, diagrams and visual systems.
• Create high‑quality visual work for brand identity, digital and print materials, physical touchpoints, events, activations, proposals and case studies, ensuring consistency across formats, audiences and regions.
• Integrate AI tools throughout the design process—from research and concept exploration to image‑making, prototyping and production—while maintaining quality, originality and confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, writers, designers, BCG teams, clients and external partners across multiple projects and workstreams.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in graphic, brand, communication or presentation design, preferably in an agency, consulting or client‑service environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and multi‑format design.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and deep knowledge of layout, typography, hierarchy and visual systems, plus proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to understand complex content and translate it into clear, purposeful design, with hands‑on experience or strong curiosity for AI‑enabled creativity.
• Fluent English; German is a plus, and a collaborative, purpose‑driven mindset.
