Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS Cloud Platform (Hybrid, Germany)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable cloud platforms for a leading global enterprise in Germany. The role focuses on automating infrastructure, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring robust security across AWS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain AWS services such as EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Develop and manage Kubernetes clusters and Docker container workloads.
• Create, optimize, and monitor CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and related tools.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and automate provisioning processes.
• Write Python scripts for operational tooling and automation.
• Apply AWS cloud security best practices and conduct regular audits.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong expertise with AWS native services and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Valid EU work authorization or right to work in Germany.
