Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Berlin, Lisbon or Warsaw)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Technology Department and strengthen the security posture of our cloud and hybrid infrastructure. The role is based in one of our European hubs – Berlin, Lisbon or Warsaw – and focuses on embedding security throughout the entire infrastructure lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and automate cloud‑native security controls in AWS.
• Hardening and securing Kubernetes clusters and related workloads.
• Integrate security checks and best practices into CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuous vulnerability management and remediation across all environments.
• Monitor network traffic and detect threats in real time.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps and IP teams to ensure secure‑by‑default practices.
• Identify risks proactively and automate security remediation wherever possible.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevSecOps or Cloud Security engineering at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of security concepts across cloud, container and CI/CD environments.
• Ability to work onsite with cross‑functional teams and drive security initiatives.
