Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a fully remote, dynamic marketing team. In this role you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi‑channel campaigns that boost online visibility, generate qualified leads and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, maximising ROI.
• Analyse performance with GA4, Google Tag Manager and other analytics tools to produce actionable insights.
• Implement SEO best practices, improve website UX and drive conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Maintain and update website content on WordPress.
• Coordinate social‑media publishing schedules and support content distribution.
• Build, manage and optimise CRM and marketing‑automation workflows.
• Prepare performance reports, present recommendations and collaborate with designers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities for marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
• Proven track record managing paid media on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data interpretation.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting stakeholder expectations.
