Senior Director, Human Resources – EMEA

About the role

The Senior Director of Human Resources for EMEA partners directly with the SVP, Dematic EMEA and senior regional leaders to shape people, culture, and organizational strategies that support growth, market leadership, and customer value delivery across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to the SVP, Dematic EMEA and senior regional leadership, aligning talent and workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Lead organizational design and simplification initiatives to improve structure, scalability, and efficiency across EMEA.
• Drive a strong leadership culture and manage complex change programs that enhance engagement, accountability, and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute succession planning, leadership pipelines, and talent assessment for critical roles.
• Implement data‑driven strategies to retain high‑potential talent, boost employee engagement, and increase internal mobility.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, capability building, and future‑ready skill development in engineering and technology‑focused environments.
• Promote diversity in leadership and monitor metrics such as turnover, internal mobility, and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience, preferably at director level, within a multinational organization.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner to C‑suite executives.
• Strong track record in organizational design, change management, and succession planning.
• Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement, talent retention, and diversity initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
