Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Experiences (IMX)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Director to lead Integrated Marketing Experiences (IMX) for Coca‑Cola’s portfolio in Germany. The role combines strategy, creativity and data‑driven optimisation to shape how the brands connect with consumers across the full journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a best‑in‑class IMX strategy for all brands across Germany.
• Orchestrate full‑funnel media, content, partnership and experience initiatives that drive brand equity and growth.
• Lead high‑impact media investment and optimisation across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Collaborate with Brand, Commercial and Bottling teams to ensure unified execution.
• Elevate performance through data‑led decision making and advanced measurement.
• Guide a high‑performing internal team and manage an ecosystem of agencies and platform partners.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of experience in integrated marketing, media or IMX leadership.
• Proven track record delivering impact in complex, multi‑brand environments.
• Strong command of data‑driven marketing, performance measurement and analytics.
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership and team development capabilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
