Senior Director – Investment & Advisory

About the role

Eccleston Park Capital is seeking an accomplished Senior Director to lead and expand its diversified investment platform. This senior position will shape market strategy, originate mandates, and manage senior‑level client relationships across buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the firm’s market strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Originate mandates for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Oversee all aspects of transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, investors, and intermediaries.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team, ensuring high standards of execution and professionalism.
• Contribute to the firm’s overall growth and strategic development as a senior member of the leadership team.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in private equity, M&A, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record in origination, underwriting, and strategic execution.
• Deep technical expertise in financial analysis, valuation, structuring, and negotiation.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, capable of advising board and C‑suite levels.
• Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with disciplined execution ability.
