Senior Director of Brand & Content (Remote, Europe)

About the role

Hostaway, a fast‑growing AI‑powered vacation‑rental SaaS platform, is looking for a Senior Director of Brand and Content to shape its market narrative and drive growth across Europe. This fully remote position will lead the creation of a modern content engine, define brand strategy, and build a high‑performing creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the brand, content, and creative function from the ground up, including team structure, workflows, and quality standards.
• Define Hostaway’s brand strategy, positioning, narrative architecture, and visual identity.
• Establish an in‑house creative team (designers, copywriters, motion/video producers) and integrate AI‑enabled production tools.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Marketing Operations, and Product to align brand output with GTM priorities and revenue goals.
• Hire, mentor, and develop senior leaders, hands‑on makers, and AI‑native talent; decide the mix of in‑house staff, agencies, freelancers, and AI partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience building brand and content functions for B2B SaaS companies.
• Track record of shaping market narratives, elevating category presence, and driving demand‑supporting content.
• Strong understanding of AI‑augmented content production and modern workflow design.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
