Senior Director – Private Equity & M&A

About the role

Eccleston Park Capital is seeking a Senior Director to lead and expand its diversified investment platform. The role involves shaping market strategy, originating transactions and managing senior‑level client relationships across private equity and corporate finance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the firm’s market strategy in line with overall business objectives.
• Originate mandates for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Oversee all phases of transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, structuring, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Build, strengthen and maintain senior‑level relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, investors and intermediaries.
• Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the investment team, ensuring high standards of execution and professionalism.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth and strategic development as a senior member of the leadership team.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in private equity, M&A or corporate finance.
• Proven track record in origination, underwriting and strategic execution.
• Deep technical expertise in financial analysis, valuation, structuring and negotiation.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, capable of advising at board and C‑suite levels.
• Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with the ability to balance long‑term vision and disciplined execution.
