Senior Engineering Manager, Product Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our product engineering team. You will work directly with the CTO to drive speed and quality while shaping technical decisions and product taste.

Key responsibilities

• Ship a meaningful AI‑enabled feature within the first month, demonstrating hands‑on technical ability.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks that cause three‑week cycles, improving tooling, review processes and work allocation.
• Own the full hiring process: design technical challenges, run interviews and build a self‑sustaining pipeline.
• Define and enforce engineering practices – testing, code review, security reviews, and a zero‑bug policy – as the team scales to 12‑16 members.
• Integrate AI tools (Claude, Cursor) into the development workflow and continuously evolve the playbook.

Required profile

• Proven engineering manager who can still ship high‑quality code and guide a small team to higher velocity.
• Experience scaling product engineering teams from 8 to 16+ engineers while maintaining quality standards.
• Comfortable working remotely across EMEA time zones and collaborating closely with senior leadership.
