About the role

Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Taktile, helping financial institutions become AI‑native by delivering production‑grade AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end AI‑driven deployments, from scoping high‑impact use cases to stable production of generative AI agents.
• Design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and integrate REST APIs and data pipelines.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers while balancing scope, speed, and quality.
• Partner with product management to translate customer needs into product insights and roadmap influence.
• Develop reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward‑deployed engineering function.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer‑facing responsibilities.
• Strong background in computer science, data science, or related fields.
• Ability to break down complex problems and make quick, well‑informed decisions under pressure.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Berlin (or London) at least three days per week.
