Senior Founding Engineer

About the role

You will join an early‑stage engineering team that drives customer engagement and builds scalable, production‑ready software. As a founding member you will shape product and technology strategy, working closely with customers and core developers to turn demos into real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer conversations and translate insights into product features and technical plans.
• Design and build full‑stack applications while advancing the AI capabilities of the product.
• Move the product from prototype to high‑quality, scalable production systems.
• Help define product direction, technical roadmap, and overall company strategy.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production applications.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine‑tuning.
• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy scalable products from MVP to production.
• Experience leading customer conversations and turning feedback into product requirements.
• Background in startup or early‑stage environments with strong system‑design skills.
