Senior Global Integrated B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

Wolt is looking for a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end marketing direction of its strategic B2B unit, Wolt for Work. You will translate business objectives into a cohesive, 360‑degree go‑to‑market strategy that drives growth across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global integrated marketing strategy and initiative roadmap, aligning with product, sales and regional priorities.
• Partner with product, commercial and regional stakeholders to turn business goals into focused marketing plans.
• Coordinate product marketing, content, paid media, lifecycle, events, brand, creative and PR into unified GTM programs.
• Lead selected global and market‑level initiatives from problem definition through delivery and impact measurement.
• Set priorities, make trade‑offs and ensure focus on highest‑impact opportunities.
• Shape the market narrative for Wolt for Work, including brand positioning and external storytelling.
• Define, track and analyse success metrics across awareness, adoption and revenue.
• Manage campaign budgets with accountability for ROI.
• Identify gaps and risks early, driving improvements in focus, quality and outcomes.
• Drive alignment and momentum across senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a fast‑growing tech or platform business.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
• Excellent influencing skills; comfortable partnering with product and commercial leaders without direct reports.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
