Senior Global Mobility Tax Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Global Mobility Tax Consultant to join our team in Germany, offering flexible remote or hybrid working arrangements. Reporting to the Global Mobility Tax Manager, you will provide strategic tax advisory services to multinational clients on expatriate assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax residence, cross‑border tax implications, social security, equity plans, taxable benefits and the structuring of assignment packages.
• Develop and implement tax minimisation strategies and tax reconciliation processes.
• Create account strategies to improve service satisfaction and increase product usage.
• Coach and mentor junior mobility tax professionals.
• Lead and participate in client meetings to strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global mobility with a focus on individual tax advisory.
• Strong analytical, communication and portfolio management abilities.
• Leadership qualities and a collaborative team‑player mindset.
