Senior Global Product Manager – Digital Modelling & Data Products

About the role

Cytiva is looking for a Senior Global Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, lifecycle management and commercial performance of its GoSilico mechanistic modelling and process simulation portfolio. The role sits within the Clinical Programs platform and owns a growing digital and software portfolio that helps customers accelerate process development, optimise manufacturing workflows and reduce time‑to‑clinic through in‑silico modelling and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies that drive revenue growth, margin improvement and customer adoption.
• Own the portfolio roadmap and align it with the broader Clinical Programs strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing to translate product strategy into go‑to‑market tactics.
• Act as the primary interface between R&D, data science, commercial teams and external partners.
• Lead the productisation and commercialisation of data libraries, digital tech‑transfer packages and analytics‑enabled services.
• Identify new digital, data and software opportunities as the company’s strategy evolves.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital or software products in life‑sciences, diagnostics or biotechnology.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business results.
• Ability to work independently with strategic autonomy.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
